Rules: A qualifying event requires BOTH: (1) Getgems publishes an official update confirming the Stars-refund exploit (where an offchain gift reverts to the seller after a refund, leaving the buyer without the gift and funds) is fixed or effectively mitigated, AND (2) Getgems re-enables offchain Telegram Gift trading (users can create new listings and buy offchain gifts). Valid sources are official Getgems communications (website/blog/status updates and official social channels) and the live availability of offchain gift trading in the Getgems product. Third-party posts, rumors/speculation, uncorroborated screenshots, or vague statements like investigating do NOT count. If offchain gift trading remains disabled for the entire resolution period, resolve NO. If trading is re-enabled but there is no official confirmation of a fix/mitigation for this specific exploit, resolve NO.
